DAMASCUS, Syria, August 16, 2015 — Two days after bombings tore the Douma neighborhood apart, residents are still looking for survivors buried amid the rubble.  The bombings, suspected to have been made by forces loyal to the president, began on Saturday after negotiations between the “insurgents” and the current regime broke down.  Syrian refugees have been fleeing their country and flooding neighboring Turkey.
