SANTA MONICA, Calif.  March 10, 2015 — Despite his untimely passing in 1970, newly rediscovered Jimi Hendrix music will be released at the end of the month.

Before Hendrix became the huge counter-culture icon we know today, he played as a studio musician for music producer Ed Chaplain, according to Ed Bailey of Whatstrending.com

Hendrix played guitar on an album for Curtis Knight & The Squires.  Unfortunately, the album didn’t gain much recognition when originally produced but thanks to digital remastering we can enjoy the yesterday’s music today.
